Q: Why rent a photo booth?
A: Having a photo booth at your event will be the ultimate hit and life of the party! Our photo booth provides a very unique and entertaining experience that everyone will enjoy from the moment they arrive. Just like many of our customers say "the least expensive and the best part of our event”.

Just last yeas alone we have done 100s photo booth rentals and some of them on a 5-minute notice! Throughout the years we learned what works and what doesn't. We equipped our entire fleet of delivery trucks with specialty equipment to face any delivery challenges. With our superior collection of photo booths we guarantee to have one available, even on a 5-minute notice! We are available 24-7.

Q: Can we see and try the photo booth before we reserve it?
A: Certainly! All of our photo booths are located at our warehouse at 121 South Maple Avenue #11 in South San Francisco. We are open M-F 8-5 and Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Please call us in advance to make sure the booth you are looking for is available. Saturdays are our busiest days and many of the booths might not be available.

Q: How long in advance should I reserve my photo booth?
A: The sooner the better! We have 25 photo booths available, but many of them are one of kind. Some of our more popular booths like Neverland and Green Screen gets often rented 6 months in advance.

Q: How does it work?
A: Just get in, sit down on the spacious bench or stool, don't forget to close the curtain, touch the button (or screen) to select Color or Black & White, smile and the booth will do the rest. Images will be displayed on the monitor inside the booth, 15 seconds later the pictures are printed and available outside the photo booth. (The options vary with the model of the booth.)

Q: Do the guests have to pay to use it?
A: No. Included in your rental is unlimited use of the photo booth.

Q: Does the photo booth print out photos on the spot?
A: The whole fun of taking pictures in the photo booth is the excitement and instant gratification! Photo strips from our photo booths are printed on professional photo printer for quality and longevity.  Many refrigerators are decorated with our photo strips are we are proud of it!

Q: Do you offer online image hosting?
A: When the curtains close, many special moments happen inside the booth.  We respect the privacy of our guests and therefore, we do not post any images online, except upon special request from our clients.  However, all the images taken during the event will be delivered to the host of the event on a CD or a memory card.

Q: Can we have our guests help make our wedding photo album?
A: Yes! We provide all the supplies to build one of a kind wedding album and the guests will do the rest. The wedding guests will have fun building your album from the time they arrive and progress with time.

Q: Our event is on the second floor and the passenger elevator is quite small, can we still rent a photo booth?
A: Yes. We offer a smaller "Open Air" and" Social Media" photo booths.They have same features and delivers same quality photos as our classic photo booth.

Q: Is the photo booth easy to use?
A: Just touch one of the buttons or a screen and you go. All of our photo booths are approved by grandmas worldwide. (The options vary with the model of the booth.)

Q: How many images can we take during our event?
A: Take as many photos as you like. The photo booths are able to take about 50-60 images per hour. (Depending on the model of the photo booth.) Our record is 400 double photo strips in one evening!

Q: Will there be an attendant with the photo booth during the event?
A: Yes. Our attendant will accompany the photo booth during your event. He/she will make sure the booth is running properly and reload the photo paper if needed and help with the album as necessary.

Q: Can we email the photos from the photo booth?
Our Hollywood Photos, Social Media and Green Screen photo booths are capable of video recording and emailing the photos and video clips. Guests’ photos are automatically uploaded to an Image Sharing Service that can be accessed by scanning a QR Code on your Smartphone or by using the direct link address. From here guests will be able to share their photos directly through Facebook, Twitter and even e-mail photos directly.

Q: Can our booths make video recording?
Hollywood Photos, Social Media and Green Screen photo booths are capable of video recording up to 60 seconds. The clips are recorded in the memory and can be emailed immediately.

Q: Do we offer “green screen” photo booth?
Our latest addition to our photo booth fleet is our Green Screen Photo Booth. The guests can select an image on the screen and the photo booth will take a picture of the guests and place them into the scene of the selected photo. Fun and entertaining!

Q: Can you accommodate an outdoor event?
A: Absolutely! Photo booths require controlled lighting and shaded area is always preferred. If the surface is not flat or delivery is challenging please let us know beforehand so we come prepared.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Photo Booth Us is a subsidiary of Video Amusement Inc. Video Amusement Inc. has been around since 1987! We firts started with coin-operated arcade games and in 2006 we introduced our first photo booth. Since then we became one of the largest suppliers of photo booths in the Bay Area and California.

Q: Does the photo booth need any special power hookup?
A: The photo booth requires a regular household AC power. 120V AC and about 5Amp to operate. We can also provide an external generator to operate the booth in a remote location for a nominal charge.

Q: Where do you deliver and is there any delivery cost?
A: Our delivery is free within San Francisco Bay Area. We will deliver anywhere for a nominal charge.
